Medal Number BCS0001  The first inaugural medal for the National Battlefield Coin Show™ in Gettysburg, PA was struck in Ultra High Relief to
capture the Confederate and Union Veterans from the Battle of Gettysburg commemorative coin designed by Frank Vittor.  The reverse features
crossed flags from the time of the Civil War.  Medal arrived in December 2013 and sold out within days of being posted on our websites
38.1mm and 250 medals struck.  Zinc alloy
Medal Number BCS0002  The first annual Martinsburg, WV medal's obverse depicts Generals Lee and McClellan from the obverse of the
Antietam commemorative which exhibits a letter P on the right hand side of the coin to show it was to be sold to the Public. The reverse
depicts a famous Civil War token.  The initial idea was to have 3 medals struck with each having either a P for Public, a D for Dealers or
an S for medals to be sold at the show.  38.1 mm and 250 struck. Zinc Alloy

Due to tax laws for Transient Vendors in West Virginia, the show only existed for the one time in November, 2014.  The idea for the P,
D or S designations on the medals died with the Martinsburg, WV show.
Medal Number BCS0003  The  New Market, MD medal depicts a representation of Miss Liberty which was originally used on the 1793 United
States Large cent, with the reverse depicting James Earle Fraser's Conestoga covered wagon from the Oregon Trail Commemorative half dollar.
Miss Liberty from 1793 was used in honor of the founding of New Market in 1793 and the Conestoga
wagon was used to honor New Market being a stop on the Baltimore/National Turnpike carrying the Conestoga wagons which were instrumental
in establishing the western part of the United States. 38.1mm and 250 struck. Zinc alloy

Medal did not sell well at the small New Market Coin Show and the idea for future New Market medals was abandoned.
Medal Number BCS0004  The 2015 commemorative medal  was also struck in Ultra High Relief, which makes the portrait and reverse "jump" off
the coin at you in 3D.  The obverse features a representation of Confederate President Jefferson Davis.  We commissioned an artist to render his
impression of Jefferson Davis by utilizing 4 known portraits and his artistic ability. Our artist's portrait of Jefferson Davis is stunning.  The reverse
features the Confederate Half dollar, which is appropriate considering the use of the Confederate President's bust.  Upon searching, we could
find no medals which featured both the Confederate President and the Confederate half dollar reverse together.  38.1mm and 500 medals struck.
Medal Number BCS0005  The 2016 National Battlefield Coin Show™ medal obverse features a bust of President Abraham Lincoln facing left
