Facility
The Ballroom is located on the
first floor of the Eisenhower
hotel.   There is plenty of free
parking, food concessions and
something for the entire family
to do.  
Security
Armed professional security will
be provided during set-up,
bourse, overnight and during be
in the parking lots during bourse
and breakdown.  Manned
cameras will be in use during
the entire show.  Security is a
main priority for attendees and
dealers.

Dealer set up time will be from 1pm until 5pm on Thursday  and will open
to Early Birds at noon.  Early Bird badges are $50 each and can be
purchased through the website or at the door.

*$150 deposit required
*Remaining balance due on morning of
show.  
*Cases and lights are provided at $20
per case and $15 per light, payable in
advance.
*Safes can be arranged at an additional
cost by an outside vendor with 30 days
notice.
*No Security rooms will be provided for
this show.

Show!   The National Battlefield Coin Show will be the weekend in September which would have been the
Whitman Philadelphia Show.
